Westfield High School students advance to State Forensics Meet

Seventeen forensics entries from Westfield Area High School advanced to the state competition following their performances at districts on March 21 at Adams-Friendship High School.

The students advancing to the state competition to be held at the University of Wisconsin-Madison on Friday, April 20, include: Elsbeth Hamilton, Special Occasion; Rajeana Buchannon and Rayann Thompson, Poetry; Mikayla Flight, Farrago; Kayla Anagnostopoulos, Kali Gardner and Liz Smith, Play Acting; Sarah Oechsner, Four Minute Speaking; Taylor Ellis and Paige Lietz, Moments in History; Owen Novy, Public Address;  Robynn Leverich, Solo Acting Humorous; Carolyn Czerwinski, Solo Acting Serious; Molly Cujak, Jaylyn Rachel and Abbey Weishaar, Play Acting; Lily Wagner, Oratory; Kevin Dahlke, Radio Speaking, Zane Baker, Inpromptu Speaking; Jonah Radzikinas, Storytelling; and Alex Meiller, Extemporaneous Speaking. 

The students who earned perfect scores of 25 at Wednesday’s contest were: Sarah Oechsner, Zane Baker, Kali Gardner, Liz Smith, Kayla Anagnostopoulos, Robynn Leverich, Carolyn Czerwinski, Taylor Ellis and Elsbeth Hamilton.
