Tri-County FFA members attend Leadership Conference in Green Bay

Tri-County FFA Chapter members Shannon Sachs, Jessica Zywicki, Brittany Gold along with FFA Advisor Zeth Engel attended 212° and 360° Leadership Conference in Green Bay on Nov. 10 and 11. The students explored what it means to be a leader and learned practices of leadership to bring back to Tri-County School District. The conferences were an activity of the National FFA Organization made possible by title sponsor Syngenta with additional support from the U.S. Army. The two-day 212° Leadership Conference focused on student development and helps FFA members become aware of personal growth, while 360° focused on the importance of influence and how to become an influential leader.
