Patterson Library to hold fermented foods program

Taylor Engelke of the University of Wisconsin-Extension will host a program on healthy eating using fermented foods at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 19, at the Wild Rose Community Center, which is attached to the Patterson Memorial Library in Wild Rose.

“Fermented foods help you maintain a healthy lifestyle by contributing good bacteria to your body which aids in digestion and they are delicious,” said Engelke.
