Christian Women’s Club to welcome Holly & Heitke as featured guests

Wautoma Area Christian Women’s Club is extending an invitation to area residents to welcome   spring with a luncheon, talented guest and inspirational speaker on Monday, April 16, at noon at Silvercryst, W7015 State Road 21, Wautoma. An invitation is extended regardless of religious affiliation.

Lifelong Wisconsin res-ident, Ruth Holly, of Omro, will share her unique creative gift of upcycling men’s ties into beautiful purses. Holly loves to shop for unique and unusual ties and the jewelry to embellish them. A result is a one of a kind purse making it a work of art, which can incorporate a special jewelry piece or an heirloom memory. Guests are invited to bring ties that perhaps could be made into an upcycled purse.

Phyllis Heitke from Stou-ghton who also share how she struggled to know “Is God Real?”  Cancer became a part of her daily living. Heitke, a former teacher and currently a hair stylist, is thankful now to be considered a cancer survivor, with her life taking many twists and turns before she finally found her purpose in life.
