UW-Extension staff Zina Soltis, Heidi Hensel-Buntrock and Barb Barker trained 4-H members as teen teachers to educate others about healthy food choices and provide food preparation experiences for the summer school students. Each of the six days the summer school students, with guidance of the teen teachers, prepared a simple snack to reinforce what they learned.
