WACC offers customer service training April 23

The Waushara Area Chamber of Commerce (WACC) will be hosting customer service training provided by the Wisconsin Department of Tourism and the University of Wisconsin-Extension on April 23 from 7:30-9 a.m. at the World War II Memorial Building, downtown Wautoma. 

Department of Tourism Regional Tourism Specialist Patrick Reinsma will explain the value of customer service and various aspects of good customer service. 

UW-Extension Community, Natural Resource & Economic Development Agents Patrick Nehring, Waushara County, and Jay Dampier, Green Lake County, will also be on hand to teach participants how to provide customer service to people of specific ages and personality preferences.
