Neshkoro village board makes no change to planned land use map

The Plan Commission met to review the 2005 Planned Land Use map prior to the start Neshkoro Village Board meeting on March 2. Following the Plan Commission’s recommendation, the board did not make any changes to the Planned Land Use map.

Director of Public Works Rod Turk announced he is working to develop a way to analyze and locate the sewer users responsible for flushing cloth type rags. The rags have been clogging lift station pumps in the northwest quadrant of the village.

Several products advertised as flushable actually clog sewer pumps, resulting in costly repairs. If residents have questions about flushable products, they can contact the DPW.
