Hancock Board hears update on second well
Mike Voss of MSA reported on the progress of the second well during the regular Hancock Village Board Meeting on May 11.
Voss commented that final paving should be done by May 18 and the well house is almost complete. Hancock Village Clerk Kelly Kemnetz reported that the Pine Lake District would be holding a meeting on May 23 at 9 a.m.
The Wild Rose Hospital notified the village that they will be closed on May 20 for 24 hours because of electrical work that needs to be done.
Village board member Deb Peterson reported on the campground meeting. There will be two separate public piers, one for boat loading and one for fishing.
Placement of piers was decided and the campers have asked for treatment of poison ivy overgrowth on Site 17 and 24. She also discussed the rescheduling of the park clean up which will take place on June 6.
