The Waushara Archers are reaching out to help a fellow member, Kevin Barnard, who was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma this past spring.
These past few months have been a difficult change for Kevin and his family as they juggle medical appointments, time off of work, as well as medical and travel expenses. The next few months Kevin and his wife, Sharon, will be spending a majority of their time in Milwaukee as Kevin is prepared for his bone marrow transplant.
To help assist Kevin and his family with the recent and upcoming medical and travel expenses, a Fundraising Archery Shoot will be held on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 26 and 27, at Waushara Archers W7050 Blackhawk Ct. Wautoma 54982. The fundraiser includes food available, yard games, as well as a silent auction with many gift baskets and a new Mathews V3 bow up for raffle.
The Waushara Archers appreciates anyone who has already reached out to help with this event and cannot wait to see everyone August 26th and 27th to come together and raise money for a good cause.
