Holden Lutheran Parish introduces Vicar Amy Penza

Subhead
Vicar Amy Penza was recently introduced as the new pastoral presence at the Holden Lutheran Parish churches, Mount Morris, and West Holden. She has had the opportunity to serve in these two churches since November of 2022 and has to say, this is an amazing group of people who are not only welcoming but also on fire for growing through community outreach. Penza stated “My husband John and I have three boys who love to play football, listen to music, and drink lots of chocolate milk. We also have three dogs and two cats who like to get into all sorts of mischief. You could say that our house is never quiet. I currently have one class remaining at Wartburg Theological Seminary and my course work will be complete. I will be graduating in May of 2024 with ordination right around the corner. I would like to say extend my gratitude to everyone in our community that has stopped by to say hello and made my family and I feel welcome in the Wautoma area. We are very grateful to be here and look forward to serving in this community for, Lord willing, many years to come! If you have not had the opportunity to stop by, please feel free to come anytime, I would love to meet you. Check out our website for worship times as well. God is good.”
