Grace Bible Church burglary suspect taken into custody

On Sunday May 7 the Wild Rose Police Dept was notified that a Burglary had occurred at Grace Bible Church located on Carey Ave in the Village of Wild Rose.  Church security cameras captured the lone suspect inside the church stealing various items in the early morning hours.  A few hours later the Wild Rose Police Department was notified about a suspicious individual who matched the description of the church Bburglary suspect.  The Wild Rose Police Department requested assistance from the Waushara County Sheriff’s Office.  Officers and deputies made contact with the suspect near the Pine River in Wild Rose.  The suspect indicated he moved to Wild Rose a few days ago and was staying at a local motel.  The stolen items from Grace Bible Church were located inside the Motel room along with illegal controlled substances.  Jeremiah Green was arrested for Felony Burglary along with other criminal charges and was transported to the Waushara County Jail.  Jeremiah later admitted to the burglary.  The Wild Rose Police Dept referred charges to the Waushara County District Attorney’s Office for Felony Burglary and other crimes. The Police Dept appreciates Grace Bible Church for being proactive and assisting in this investigation.  Security Cameras played a major role in the apprehension of the suspect.
