    Friday, June 1: Pork roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, California vegetable blend, dinner roll, apple crisp or diet crisp.     Monday, June 4: Cook’s choice - meal includes meat, bread, vegetable, fruit and/or dessert or diet dessert.     Tuesday, June 5: Cheese baked fish, baked sweet potato, green beans, marble rye bread, pie or diet pie.     Wednesday, June 6: Chicken salad on croissant, potato chips, fresh veggie salad, fruit fluff.     Thursday, June 7: Eggplant parmesan with chicken and cheese over whole grain spaghetti, garden salad with fresh vegetables, bread, melon.     Friday, June 8: Pork chop suey, stir fry vegetables, brown rice, pineapple, bread pudding with lemon sauce or plain.
