Genesee Depot band members Gina, Paul, and Brigitta Gresl will be performing at Music in the Park at Bird Creek Park in Wautoma on July 12.

Genesee Depot back to entertain at Music in the Park

It’s a family affair July 12, with the Genesee Depot siblings performing once again at Music in the Park. This young family band has been bringing country music back, combining the best of the old with the best of the new and doing it with modern class. This creates a blend of country music that people of all ages can enjoy. Wanting to share their passion for country music siblings, Gina, Paul, and Brigitta Gresl formed Genesee Depot in 2012. Since then they have logged thousands of miles as they play at venues across the state of Wisconsin and upper Michigan, including clubs, private parties, weddings, the Ho Chunk Casino, festivals, and county fairs. Genesee Depot adds harmonies and their own style to the great country classics and the hits of today. The depth of vocal and instrumental talent among the three siblings adds variety to each performance by allowing them to switch out the lead roll and get creative with arrangements. The recent addition to the band family is drummer Kurt Singer. He provides the energy and a beat to every song that will have you out of your seat and dancing. Sponsored by Coldwell Banker TREG and Leikness Funeral Home, the concert begins at 6 pm. The Chamber will be selling wine and beer, and Little Sprouts will provide hot dogs, popcorn, pizza, and soda. Music in the Park will take place at Bird Creek Park in Wautoma, but the rain location is the WWII Memorial Building in Wautoma. For more information, visit
