Leon-Saxeville has much to offer through the summer
The Leon-Saxeville Li-brary in Pine River has much to offer kids now through the end of summer.
Currently, the Library is holding a used book sale until Saturday, May 25. The book sale is during library hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 2-7 p.m., Wednesday 10 a.m.-7 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. stop by to purchase a book to help support the library.
The Library is also doing their Story Walk now through October. Each month there will be a different story featured along the Willow Creek County Park, Wild Rose, path. The Story walk is in partnership with the Waushara County Parks and the Pine River Library of Leon-Saxeville.
Leon-Saxeville Library’s 2019 Summer Learning Program will be starting Wednesday, June 12 and ending Wednesday, July 31. Every week at 10:30 a.m., students can attend and learn something new by participating in educational activities. This years’ theme is A Universe of Stories, and on June 12 kids will learn about the sun, moon, and planets with Mary Tooley.
