Waushara EMS demonstrate Hands Only CPR

One never knows when someone might need urgent help, and knowing what to do can save a life.

Everyone is invited to participate in Waushara County EMS Hands Only CPR training at the Wild Rose Kiwanis meeting Tuesday, Jan. 15. According to the American Heart Association, the basic steps of Hands Only CPR performed immediately can double or triple a cardiac arrest victim’s chance of survival. This training will only take 30 minutes and includes just a few easy steps.

 

The training will be offered at the Wild Rose Kiwanis on Tuesday, Jan. 15 at about 7:25 a.m. after a brief meeting which begins at 7 a.m. Everyone is welcome to join the Kiwanis Club for coffee and continental breakfast along with the meeting or just arrive anytime before the guest speaker.

Wild Rose Kiwanis meets the first and third Tuesdays with guest speakers each third Tuesday.
