Wild Rose School Board met on May 24

The Wild Rose School Board met on May 24 after having an Every Student Succeeds Act listening session. The listening session was all about how “local education agencies” need to create a district plan with specifics if they still wish to receive state funding. During the board meeting, approval was granted for the MS/HS S.A.D.D> students to take an annual trip. Forty-three of the 118 students will be traveling to Mount Olympus and Pirate’s Cove Adventure Mini Golf on Friday, June 8. The board approved the purchasing of Chromebooks for the teaching staff. School lunch prices for the 2018-19 school year will see a raise of 10-cents across the board.
