Waushara County felonies reported Sept. 5-11

Nathan Thomas Parks, Clintonville, was supposed to be in court on Sept. 5 on charges of Possession of Narcotic Drugs with PTAC, as a Party to a Crime for an Initial Appearance. Parks did not appear. In light of nonappearance, warrant authorized with Extradition within US.

Jeremy Brandt Helgesen, Wautoma, was in court on Sept. 6 on charges of Strangulation and Suffocation as Domestic Abuse for a Status conference. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Sept. 28.

Brittannie Leonnae Johnson, Weyauwega, was supposed to be in court Sept. 6 on charges of Possession of THC (2nd + Offense) for an Initial appearance. Johnson faxed in a letter advising of a lack of transportation to the hearing and advised that she wishes to speak with the state regarding possible resolution. The court allowed for an adjournment. An Initial appearance was scheduled for Sept. 20.

Misty Marie Miller, Ripon, was in court Sept. 6 on charges of Burglary-Building or Dwelling as a repeater for an Initial Appearance. Miller wishes to waive the time limits for the preliminary hearing. The court accepted the voluntary waiver. A Status Conference was scheduled for Oct. 5.

Joshua R Holman, Waut-oma, was in court Sept. 6 on charges of Possess w/Intent-Heroin (<=3g) as a second and Subsequent Offense for an Initial Appearance. Court entertains and accepts waiver of the time limits for the preliminary hearing. A Status conference was scheduled for Oct. 1.

Norpaul Yang, Green Bay, was in court Sept. 7 on charges of Injury by Use/Vehicle-Control Substance and 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety for a Plea Hearing. Sentencing hearing was scheduled for Nov. 9.
