Waushara County felonies reported May 23-May 25

David A. Mack, Waupun was in court May 23 on charges of Burglary-Building or Dwelling and PTAC, as a Party to a Crime for a Status conference. An additional Status conference will be held June 29. David A. Mack, Waupun, was in court May 23 on charges of Bail Jumping-Felony, Repeater for a Status conference. An additional Status conference will be held June 29. Thomas Barry Beltran, Wautoma, was in court May 23 on charges of Child Abuse-Reckless Cause Harm for a Final pre-trial. A motion hearing is scheduled for July 13, and a Jury trial is scheduled for August 2. Rhoda J. Stahmann, Poy Sippi, was in court May 23 on charges of Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony, and two counts of Possession of Narcotic Drugs with a Second and Subsequent Offense for a Sentencing hearing. Court sentences the defendant to: SWD and places on probation for a period of 3 years. CONDITIONS: COUNT 1 ONLY-196 days WCJ, with Huber, No Good Time Credit. Credit for 4 days time served. To begin no later than June 15, 2018. Court does not object to jail transfer. Consecutive to any other sentence. CONDITIONS ON ALL COUNTS: AODA and follow through, Maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. No dangerous weapons.
