Mark A. Hurtado, San Antonio, TX, was in court on June 27 on charges of six counts of Failure to Support Child (120 Day+) for a Bail/bond hearing. The Court: Orders single bond as to both cases of $15,000 w/condition on not leaving the State of WI. IA Scheduled - NOH Given. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State and probable cause finding as to each count alleged within the complaint. An Initial appearance was scheduled for July 13. Adam A. Brown, Redgranite, was in court on June 29 on charges of Burglary-Building or Dwelling with PTAC, as a Party to a Crime and as a Repeater, and Possession of Burglarious Tools with a PTAC, as a Party to a Crime and as a Repeater for a Status conference. A Plea/sentencing hearing was scheduled for August 3. Demitria Jean Janes, Berlin, was in court June 29 on charges of Possession of Narcotic Drugs with a PTAC, as a Party to a Crime for a Plea/sentencing hearing. The Court accepts voluntary waiver of the preliminary hearing.  Court orders: S/W 2 years’ probation - Conditions: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, DE to obtain a GED or HSED, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, DNA Sample and Surcharge. Adam J. Smith, Wautoma, was in court on June 29 on charges of fifteen counts of Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Possess w/Intent-THC (<=200 grams) for a Motion hearing. The Court accepts voluntary waiver of the preliminary hearing. A Status conference was scheduled for October 26. Cory E. Bartel, Fremont, was in court July 2 on charges of three counts of Failure to Support Child (120 Days+) for a Sentencing hearing on revocation. The Court: Imposes 5 mos. WCJ, sentence to be served forthwith with work release. If any problems exist with work release out of county or a problem getting transfer to Waupaca to exercise work release Defendant is to notify the Court. Court does not want Defendant to lose meaningful employment that is being held. Credit for 88 days TS credit - approx. 1 month of time left to serve. Court Costs reimposed of $518.00 - 60 DTP or PP.
