Waushara County felonies reported July 3-10

Harley D. Barrington, Stevens Point, was in court on July 3 on charges of Impersonating a Peace Officer to Aid in Commission of Crime as a Repeater and a PTAC, as a Party to a Crime and Take and Drive Vehicle w/o Consent as a Repeater and PTAC, as a Party to a Crime for a Status conference. An additional Status conference was scheduled for July 20. Ezra C. Ladwig-Hendricks, Princeton, was in court on July 3 on charges of Burglary-Building or Dwelling, Repeater for a Hearing. An Initial appearance was scheduled for July 19. Gary J. Burrow, Wautoma, was in court on July 3 on charges of OWI (4th) and Operating w/ PAC (4th) for a Status conference. An additional Status conference was scheduled for August 17. Shane Todd Hart, Omro, was in court on July 3 on charges of Possession of Narcotic Drugs for an Initial appearance. Defendant wishes to waive preliminary hearing and proceed to sentencing today. The Court sentences the defendant to SWD and places on probation for a period of 2 years; 17 days WCJ with 17 days credit for time served and follow through, the defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician.
