Waushara County felonies reported July 17-24

Aaron J. Bruce, Wautoma, was in court on July 17 on charges of Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g) for a Motion hearing. Bruce was also in court on July 17 on charges of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) for an Initial appearance. Hearing to address the State’s Motion to Revoke Huber Privileges. The DE does not contest that a violation has occurred. The Court finds that a violation has occurred. The Court grants the Motion to Revoke Huber Privileges for the duration of the sentence. An Adjourned initial appearance was scheduled for Aug. 13. Joseph Facundo, Bancroft, was in court on July 17 on charges of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety with the Use of a Dangerous Weapon for a Final pre-trial. A Plea/sentencing hearing was scheduled for Aug. 10. Dylan Jon Kohlhoff, Wautoma, was in court on July 17 on charges of False Imprisonment as a Repeater, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) for an Initial appearance. An Adjourned initial appearance was scheduled for July 24. On July 24, the Court entered Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. They also respectfully declined to modify the bond at that time. A Status conference was scheduled for Aug. 31. Auston Michael Rock, Kan-kakee, IL, was in court on July 17 on charges of six counts of Burglary-Building or Dwelling as a PTAC, as a Party to a Crime for an Initial appearance. State of Wisconsin. Defendant is not eligible for SPD services and is requesting court appointed counsel. DE must make $250 payment by no later than July 27, 2018 then $100 monthly payments starting Sept. 1, 2018. Motion by the defendant for modification of bond. The Court declines any modification of the bond. An Adjourned initial appearance was scheduled for Aug. 1.
