Jorge Paredes, Wautoma, was in court on Aug. 9 on charges of OWI 5th, Operating w/ PAC (5th), and Bail Jumping-Felony for a Plea/sentencing hearing. The Court: Accepts Joint Resolution offered. 18CF-76: Ct 1 OWI 5: S/W - three years’ probation. Conditions: 12 months WCJ to commence today, TS credit of seven, GT and Work Release, no objection to transfer if can be arranged, Complete TAD to graduation; follow thru with any counseling or treatment deemed appropriate thru AODA; The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician; $3,000 Fine plus $42.50 Blood Draw Fee - Bond to be Applied - 60 DTP or PP; 36 months IID and DL Rev; Ct 3 OAR: Court Costs only - 60 DTP or PP. 18CF-144: S/W - three years’ probation all conditions identical with the exception of cond’l WCJ. Joseph Facundo, Ban-croft, was in court on Aug. 10 on charges of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety with the Use of a Dangerous Weapon for a Plea/sentencing hearing. Court sentences the defendant to: SWD and places on probation for a period of two years. Conditions: Count two only—four months WCJ, with Huber. No Good Time Credit. Credit for 18 days’ time served. To begin no later than Oct. 1. Court does not object to jail transfer. Conditions on both counts: AODA and follow through, Maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician.
