Waushara County felonies reported August 17

William S. Dahl, Wild Rose, was in court on Aug. 17 on charges of Strangulation and Suffocation as Domestic Abuse and five counts of Bail Jumping-Felony, for a Status conference. An additional Status conference was scheduled for Sept. 24.

Gary J. Burrow, Merrill, was in court on Aug. 17 on charges of OWI (4th) and Operating w/ PAC (4th) for a Status conference. A Motion hearing was scheduled for Sept. 27.

 

Toni L. Hattabaugh, Coloma, did not appear in court on Aug. 17 on charges of Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (<3g) for a Plea/sentencing hearing. Court forfeits the bond on file and orders a Warrant, Continental United States.

Thomas J. Goddard, Red-granite, was in court on Aug. 17 on charges of Strangulation and Suffocation as a Repeater and as Domestic Abuse for a Plea/sentencing hearing. Court sentences the defendant to: SWD and places on probation for a period of three years. Conditions: Psychological/Mental Health Assessment and follow through, Maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan. DNA Sample and Surcharge ordered by the Court.

Daniel Lee Murphy, New Lisbon, was in court on Aug. 17 on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine with PTAC as a Party to a Crime, Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) with PTAC, as a Party to a Crime, Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce, or Store Methamphetamine with PTAC, as a Party to a Crime, Possess Amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin(2nd+), and three counts of Bail Jumping-Felony for a Final pre-trial. A Jury trial was scheduled for Nov. 29.
