Nicholas M. Chapple, Wild Rose, was in court May 29 on a count of Theft-Movable Property-Special Facts. The Court accepts the defendant’s position to be terminated from the program and enters an order that the defendant is no longer a participant in the Waushara County Treatment Court and his status in the program is that he has been terminated. Status conference scheduled for July 6, at 2:55 p.m.

Gabriel Roman Weiss, Oshkosh, was in court May 29 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) and one count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Court orders: 19CF13 - 320 days WC Jail concurrent with Winnebago County Case No. 14CF373 - 240 days CFTS, Costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid. 19CF75 - 9 mos WC Jail consecutive to 19CF13 and any other sentence currently being served to include but not limited to Winnebago County Case No. 14CF373 - Huber, GT, No CFTS - Costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid. Christopher L. Reilly, Neshkoro, was in court May 29 on two counts of Strangulation and Suffocation and one count of False Imprisonment. Charges were reduced to a misdeamor and all felony charges were dismissed. There was no plea.
