Felonies recorded in Waushara County

Alejandro V. Hubbard Jr., Pinckneyville, IL, was in court on Jan. 2 on charges of five counts of Failure to Support Child (120 Days+) for a Status conference. An additional Status conference was scheduled for Jan. 14.

William Clarence Combs, Faribault, MN, was in court on Jan. 2 on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce, or Store Methamphetamine, and Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) for a Status conference. A Plea/sentencing hearing was scheduled for Feb. 11.

Kristopher M. Denzer, Wild Rose, was in court on Jan. 2 on charges of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and Possession of Methamphetamine for an Arraignment. A Status conference was scheduled for Feb. 10.

Stephanie A. Jones, Clin-tonville, was in court on Jan. 2 on charges of four counts of Manuf/Deliver Amphetamine (<=3g) for a Voluntary appearance/Initial appearance. A Voluntary appearance/initial appearance was scheduled for Jan. 27.

Carl Lewis Rawls, Ever-green, AL, was in court on Jan. 2 on charges of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) for a Voluntary appearance/Initial appearance. Plea: Counts 1 and 2 – Guilty. Court accepted plea and entered JOC. Court ordered: As to each count - $200 fine plus costs w/ 60 DTP or PP.

Greggory M. Holman, Redgranite, was in court on Jan. 2 on charges of Criminal Damage to Cemetery for an Adjourned initial appearance. Court entered Riverside Ruling in favor of the State and probable cause finding as to each count alleged within the complaint. A Status conference was scheduled for Feb. 4.

Ocean M. Vistain, Red-granite, was in court on Jan. 2 on charges of Bail Jumping-Felony for an Initial appearance. Plea: Counts 1 and 2 – NC. Court accepted plea and entered JOC. Count 1 – nine months WC Jail consecutive to any sentence being served at the time of revocation – Huber, GT, 20 days CFTS, the Court had no objection to the sentence being served in another jurisdiction – I/S – two years’ probation. Count 2 – 90 days WC Jail concurrent w/ Count 1, consecutive to any sentence being served at the time of revocation – O/S/ - two years’ probation. Probation conditions: 20 days WC Jail – 20 days CFTS – Time served sentence, Obtain a HSED or GED, AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, Mental Health Assessment and follow through, NC w/ Boarders Hotel in Wautoma. Court holds determination of restitution in abeyance for a period of 30 days.
