Greggory M. Holman, Red-granite, was in court on Dec. 11 on charges of Criminal Damage to Cemetery for an Initial appearance. Defendant was previously ordered to pay deposit for court appointed attorney—deposit not yet paid. Defendant brought the $250 deposit with him to court. The Court found good cause to adjourn the Initial appearance to get an attorney appointed on the matter. An Adjourned initial appearance was scheduled for Jan. 2.
