Felonies recorded in Waushara County

Joseph M. Felske, Pine River, was in court on Dec. 6 on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Narcotic Drugs for a Bail/bond hearing. Court ordered a $3,000 Cash Bond. An Initial appearance was scheduled for Dec. 16.

Andrew Edward Grib-ble, Wautoma, was in court on Dec. 9 on charges of Possess Amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin (2nd+) for a Waiver of Preliminary hearing. Court read the complaint, found probable cause, and entered an order binding the defendant over. A Status conference was scheduled for Jan. 21.

Alejandro V. Hubbard Jr., Pinckneyville, IL, was in court on Dec. 9 on charges of four counts of Failure to Support Child (120 Days+) for a Hearing. Court cancelled the warrant on all matters. A Status conference was scheduled for Jan. 2.

William Clarence Combs, Faribault, MN, was in court on Dec. 9 on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce, or Store Methamphetamine, and Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) for an Initial appearance. Court entered Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. Court cancelled the warrant. A Status conference was schedule for Jan. 2.

Amanda J. Bintz, Wau-toma, was in court on Dec. 9 on charges of Theft-Business Setting >$5,000-$10,000 for a Final pre-trial. A Plea/sentencing hearing was scheduled for Jan. 3.

Andre R. Laurier, Osh-kosh, was in court on Dec. 9 on charges of Theft-Movable Property >$10,000-$100,000 for a Final pre-trial. A Plea/sentencing hearing was scheduled for Jan. 3.

Jeffrey A. Schiesel, Wey-auwega, was in court on Dec. 9 on charges of Theft-Movable Property >$2,500-$5,000 and Bail Jumping-Felony for a Final pre-trial. A Plea/sentencing hearing was scheduled for Jan. 3.

Christian R. Newby, Waupaca, was in court on Dec. 9 on charges of Possess w/ Intent-THC (>2,500-10,000g) and Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony for a Plea/sentencing hearing. A Plea/sentencing hearing was scheduled for Jan. 3.

Kyle Timothy Wagner, Plainfield, was in court on Dec. 10 on charges of Forgery-Uttering and Misappropriate IS Info-Obtain Money for a Status conference. An additional Status conference was scheduled for Jan. 7.
