Felonies recorded in Waushara County

Rick T. Strange-Nelson, Poy Sippi, was in court on Sept. 18 on charges of Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g) for a Motion hearing. A Jury trial was scheduled for Oct. 3.

Andrew James Chamberlin, Westfield, was in court on Sept. 18 on charges of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) for a Plea/sentencing hearing. Plea: Count 1 – Guilty. Court accepted plea and entered JOC. Court ordered: 60 days WC Jail – Huber, Gt, No CFTS, the Court has no objection of the sentence being served in another jurisdiction – I/S – one year probation – Conditions: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician.

Bobby A Pulliam, Plainfield, was in court on Sept. 18 on charges of three counts of Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (<3g), two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony, one count of Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, one count Possession of Narcotic Drugs, and one count Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) for a Waiver of Preliminary hearing. The Court accepted the voluntary waiver of the preliminary hearing. An Arraignment was scheduled for Nov. 15.

Christopher B. Wallner, Plainfield, was in court on Sept. 18 on charges of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety for a Plea hearing. Plea: Counts 1 and 2 – NC. Court accepted plea and entered JOC. A Sentencing hearing was scheduled for Oct. 7.

David Leroy Marks, Wild Rose, was in court on Sept. 18 on charges of Possess w/ Intent-Amphetamine (>3-10g) and two counts Bail Jumping-Felony for a Status conference. An additional Status conference was scheduled for Oct. 25.

Krystal L. Schmidtke, Lodi, was in court on Sept. 18 on charges of Manuf/Deliver Amphetamine (>3-10g) for a Status conference. An additional Status conference was scheduled for Oct. 2.

Joseph Michael Bowen, Fond du Lac, was in court on Sept. 18 on charges of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) for a Status conference. A Plea/sentencing hearing was scheduled for Oct. 2.

Robert E. Geb, Wautoma, was in court on Sept. 18 on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine for a Waiver of Preliminary hearing. A Plea/sentencing hearing was scheduled for Oct. 2.
