Felonies recorded in Waushara County

Keith Eugene Mathies, Wisconsin Rapids, was in court on Sept. 9 on charges of Strangulation and Suffocation for a Preliminary hearing. Court found based on testimony in the record, probable cause has been established and entered an order binding the defendant over for trial. A Status conference was scheduled for Oct. 8.

Daniel M. Rice, Oshkosh, was in court on Sept. 9 on charges of OWI (4th) for a Final pre-trial. A Final pre-trial was scheduled for Nov. 8.

 

Vernon Frank Cerney, Berlin, was in court on Sept. 9 on charges of Manuf/Deliver Amphetamine (<=3g) for a Status conference. A Plea hearing was scheduled for Oct. 24.

Cody R. Boening, Nesh-koro, was in court on Sept. 9 on charges of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) for a Status conference. A Plea/sentencing hearing was scheduled for Oct. 24.

Makenzie Lynn Phillips, Waupaca, was in court on Sept. 9 on charges of Possess w/ Intent-Psilocin (<=100g) and Possess w/Intent-THC (<=200 grams) for a Voluntary appearance/Initial appearance. The Court withdrew the warrant previously issued. Court ordered a $5,000 Sig Bond. Court entered Riverside ruling in favor of the State. An Initial appearance was scheduled for Sept. 24.

Rodney N. Gonzales, Ber-lin, was in court on Sept. 9 on charges of Intimidate Victim/Damage Property for an Initial appearance. The Court declined to amend the bond at that time. A Status conference was scheduled for Sept. 23.

Megan Kay Griffith, Han-cock, was in court on Sept. 9 on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine for an Initial appearance. Court entered Riverside Ruling in favor of the State and probable cause finding as to each count alleged within the complaint. A Status conference was scheduled for Sept. 23.

Synjin S. Jenks, Wild Rose, was in court on Sept. 10 on charges of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) for a Status conference. A Plea/sentencing hearing was scheduled for Oct. 24.

Andre R. Laurier, Osh-kosh, was in court on Sept. 10 on charges of Theft-Movable Property (>$10,000-$100,000) for a Status conference. An additional Status conference was scheduled for Oct. 22.

Anthony J. Wakeley, Redgranite, was in court on Sept. 10 on charges of Abuse-Intentionally Cause Harm for a Status conference. An additional Status conference was scheduled for Oct. 22.
