Felonies recorded in Waushara County

David Leroy Marks, Wild Rose, was in court on June 27 on charges of Possess w/ Intent-Amphetamine (>3-10g) and two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony for a Motion hearing. A Status conference was scheduled for July 17.

Robert W. Ramsey, Oshkosh, was in court on June 27 on charges of Possess w/ Intent-Amphetamine (>3-10g) for a Plea/sentencing hearing. Plea: No Contest to Count 1. Court sentenced: five years WSP, two years IC, and three years ES. Credit for 95 days served. Eligible for SAP and not to be granted until 75 percent of initial confinement served. Not eligible for CIP. Conditions: AODA and follow through. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician.

Franklin R. Stapleman, Wautoma, was in court on June 27 on charges of Possession of Narcotic Drugs for a Plea/sentencing hearing. Plea: No Contest to Count 1, Count 2, and Count 4. Court DRI – County 3 and 5. Court orders: Count 1 – Impose five years WSP to be served as two years IC and three years ES. Stayed and placed on probation for a period of four years. If revoked, defendant is ineligible for SAP. Consecutive to any other sentence at the time of revocation. Conditions: 120 days WCJ, 30 days to be served and 90 days served. To be served forthwith. With Huber. No Good Time Credit. No Credit for time served. Count 2 and 4: SWD and placed on probation for a period of two years. Consecutive to any sentence in existence as of today’s date. Should the defendant complete Treatment Court prior to these sentences being commenced, the sentence would be deemed served. Conditions on all counts: AODA and follow through. Defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be on the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Participation and completion to graduation of the Waushara County Treatment Court program.

Jessica S. McGuigan, Wautoma, was in court on June 27 on charges of Battery by Prisoners and Throw/Discharge Bodily Fluid at Public Safety Worker for an Initial appearance. A Status conference was scheduled for July 23.
