Kristopher M. Denzer, Wild Rose, was in court June 12 on one count of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and one count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Court sets final PTC. Defense to file motions by June 26. State’s motions to be filed by July 6. Final PTC set for July 10.

Aaron S. Barth, Waupaca, was in court June 12 on a count of Escape while under Extended Supervision and three counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. Court sets matter for final PTC and Jury Trial. Defense motions due by July 15. State’s motions due by August 1. Final PTC set for August 11, at 9 a.m. Jury Trial set October 2.

Daniel J. Schafer, Hancock, was in court June 15 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. An initial appearance is scheduled for July 10.

Averyana L. Lerma, Wautoma, was in court June 15 on a count of Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g). Court orders: 10 days WC Jail - Huber, GT, No CFTS, the Court has no objection to the sentence being served in another jurisdiction, sentence to commence by no later than August 1- $250 fine plus costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, Complete ID process with the Sheriff’s Department, DNA Sample and Surcharge. Lukas R. Kraus, Berlin, was in court June 16 on a count of Operator Flee/Elude Officer-Bodily Harm or Property Damage and a count of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. A status conference is scheduled for July 28.

Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State and probable cause finding as to each count alleged within the complaint. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for July 14.
