Mt. Morris Pioneers 4H Club collects items to send to overseas troops

The Mt. Morris Pioneers 4-H Club members are heading up a Supply Drive for the US Troops in the Ukraine for the months of February and March.

Victor Magnus, a local Rural Insurance Agent, and is a friend of the Club is deployed and the kids are collecting items to send to the 400 troops stationed with Victor overseas. Some of the items collected include baby wipes, beef jerky, ramen noodles, sunscreen, playing cards, travel packs of trail mix and peanuts, lip balm, hard candy, lens cleaner, and gum.

The 4-H Club has a goal to send over 400 items. Some of the kids collecting from the Mt. Morris Pioneers 4-H Club are Emmersyn Pietkauskis, Brooklyn Bliefnick, Karter Peterson and Zaden Huser.
