Dan Arndt to speak to Wild Rose Kiwanis in Honor of the Apollo 50th Anniversary
Everyone is invited to join Wild Rose Kiwanis as Dan Arndt presents Shooting the Moon Photography, in honor of the Apollo 11 moon landing’s 50 year anniversary on July 20.
He will show how best to capture the moon using a digital camera or smart phone, positioning the moon for beautiful landscape pictures and what camera settings work the best. Dan will also mention freeware that can be downloaded to process pictures, how to use zoom lens effectively and helpful accessories.
This presentation will be held at the Wild Rose Kiwanis on Tuesday, July 16 after a short meeting. Coffee and a continental breakfast will be available at 6:45 a.m., the meeting will begin at 7 a.m., and the guest speaker will be introduced at 7:30 a.m.
