Accidents recorded in Waushara County

06/29/2020: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 1:36 p.m. in a parking lot on 4th CT Lot N6466 in the Town of Plainfield. Marilyn Vine, 64, Wautoma, with a semi-truck with trailer was pulling into the south end of the Plainfield Travel Plaza Citgo parking lot, traveling east, when she was struck in the left front fender by Khoudir Babaz, 43, Upper Darby, PA. He was backing with his trailer back north from the parking stall. The passenger side rear of Babaz collided with the passenger side front fender of Vine’s power unit. Functional damage was to both units. The drivers agreed to settle for damages between themselves.
