The Wautoma Area School Board unanimously approved Wautoma High School Principal Tom Rheinheimer as the new district administrator during a special meeting on Nov. 2 at the District Office.

A 15-foot Fraser Fir, donated by the families of Grimm’s Tree Farm, was planted on Nov. 11 at the World War II Memorial Building in Wautoma to serve as the City of Wautoma’s new Christmas Tree.

FFA members Dawson Knutson and Shawn Grueneberg taught Tri-County third graders about potatoes and how potato chips are made during the FFA’s Food for America event held on Nov.  17.
