Recently Logan Johnson reached a milestone in his career when hitting 1,000 points. Coach Kyle Thompson gave the following quote, congratulating his player.
“Congratulations to Logan Johnson, a senior on Wautoma’s Boys’ Basketball team, who scored his 1,000 point on Feb. 9, at Green Lake High School. Logan embodies what our program here at Wautoma is about. Logan has put the work in throughout all of his years and it has come to fruition with this individual accomplishment. Logan has mentioned to me that even though he has hit this milestone, he could have never done it alone.
“Logan is a win first kid, he loves playing basketball and loves being with his teammates. Logan would like to thank all of his teammates and coaches who have helped him along the way. Thank you, Logan, for being a great example for the underclassmen and the younger generation of Hornet Hoopers, in showing that when you work hard, embrace coaching, and believe in the role that is given to you, that good things can happen. I wish you success in your future aspirations. And once again, congratulations!”
