Raymond “Buster” Merkel, age 69, passed away October 9, 2020. Raymond is formerly of Muskego and was currently living in Neshkoro.
He was preceded in death by his parents: LeRoy and Rose Merkel, and brother Theodore.
He is survived by: his sister Nancy (the late Clarence) Fickau; Nephews: Paul (Leah) Fickau, Peter (Sherry) Fickau; Niece: Catherine (Russell) Windle; and further survived by great nieces and nephews and many cousins.
For many years Ray owned and operated Merkel Electric in Muskego. He was a longtime member of the Tess Corners Fire Department, St. Martin’s Church Variety Show, and the Sandhill Booster Club. Presently he was the President of the Neshkoro Lions Club.
