Judy A. Souder, age 79, of Montello, WI, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the University Hospital in Madison.
She was born on September 7, 1944, in Oshkosh, WI, a daughter of Raymond and Lorraine (Radke) Oestreich. On August 22, 1964, Judy married Leo Souder. For many years, Judy was the bookkeeper for the family business, Modern Pole Builders “MPB” in Ripon. The hobbies she enjoyed were crocheting, baking, fishing and camping. Judy loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Those Judy leaves behind to cherish her memory include her husband of 59 years, Leo Souder of Montello; 4 children, Cathy (Greg) Sondalle of Princeton, Mark “Skippy” (Sam) Souder of Princeton, Scott Souder of Montello, Amy (Gerry) Reinsbach of Howard; 7 grandchildren, Joe (Kari) Reilly, Josh (Kay) Sondalle; Ian (Hannah) Dorsch, Nick (Adri) Dorsch, Bella (Drew) Dorsch, Cameron Reinsbach, Katy Reinsbach; 3 great grandchildren, Ethan Reilly; Aria Dorsch, Gwen Dorsch; sister, Deb (Jeff) Marlow; many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Lorraine Oestreich; 2 brothers, Gary and Ken Oestreich; father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Catherine Souder; 3 brothers-in-law, Raymond Souder, Pete Souder, Tony (Helen) Souder.
The family will hold a private Funeral Mass for Judy at St. James Catholic Church of Neshkoro. Father Dale Grubba will officiate.
