Josephine Mary Brennan, age 79, of Wautoma, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2020 at Silver Lake Manor in Wautoma.

She was born April 7, 1941 in Chicago, IL, the only child of Mr. and Mrs. Zabinski. She married John Brennan in Chicago. They had two children, Sharon and Judy.

Josephine was a homemaker for most of her life. She was a devout Catholic, her faith was very important to her. She also loved animals, dogs and cats were her companions. She and her husband resided in Streamwood, IL and St. George, Utah before moving to rural Wautoma in 1995.

She was a faithful member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where she belonged to the Mission Ladies and Right To Life Group.

Survivors include her husband, John Brennan, Wautoma; one daughter, Judy. She is also survived by four grandchildren including Glenn, Andrea, Terrence, and Dufante.

Josephine was preceded in death by her daughter, Sharon Marie Brennan on December 10, 2002.

Josephine is also predeceased by two brothers-in-law Joeseph and Leo Brennan; a sister-in-law, Mary Stefans; a special niece, Aimee Gilbert and her husband, Tim.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Friday, July 24, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wautoma with Rev. David F. Greskowiak officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
