Jacqueline Isabel Plantz, age 91, of Neshkoro, passed away Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021, at Juliette Manor in Berlin, Wisconsin.
She was born October 17, 1929 in Racine, the daughter of James and Viola (Depp) Wilkins. She married Vernon A. Plantz on April 28, 1969 in Washington State. He preceded her in death on August 2, 2008.
Jacqueline and her husband resided in Mayport, Florida where he was stationed in the United States Navy. Later, they returned to Racine and eventually retired to Hidden Springs Lake, Neshkoro. She enjoyed being with her family, going to the casino and playing cribbage.
Survivors include three children: Valerie (David) Poole, Mount Airy, Georgia, Grant Hellman, Racine, Greg (Charlene) Plantz, Neshkoro; grandchildren, Suzanne Lauer, Chad Hellman, Heather (Joey) Caruso; great grandchildren: Savannah, Matthew, Julianna, Jaelynn and Joseph. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Michael Lauer, and by a brother and sisters.
Services and interment will take place at noon on November 17, at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Union Grove.
