The Christmas Coloring Book that was inserted in the Waushara Argus on Dec. 17th brought in a total of 237 entries; six in the 0-3 age group; 38 in the 4-6; 54 in the 7-9; 54 in the 10-12; and 85 in the Adult category. This is the first year there has been an adult category, the youngest in this category was 13 and the oldest was 99. Winners will receive $20 for first; $15 for second; and $10 for third.
Winners included: 0-3 Age- 1st Greta Regan, 3, Wautoma; 2nd Oliver Heller, 3; and Peyton Fischer, 3, Waupaca. 4-6 Age – Eiley Wall, 5, Wautoma; Leah Schiefelbein, 5, Green Bay; Bently Evens, 6, Wautoma. 7-9 Age – 1st Mayah Maldonado, 8; Gema Evens, 8, Wautoma; and Linda Herschberger, 9, Coloma.
In the 10-12 age group winners included: 1st – Deloris Hochsztetler, 12, Coloma; Timothy Troyer, 12, Hancock; and Kelsey Moore, 12, Coloma. The Adult Category had a tie for first and each will get $20 – Paul Miller, Harshaw, WI and Diane Yeska, Wild Rose; and 3rd place Melissa Dahlke, Redgranite.
Winners can pick up their cash prizes at the Waushara Argus office at W7781 State Rd. 21 & 73, Wautoma, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
