Genesee Depot to close out Music in the Park season

You won’t want to miss the Waushara Area Chamber of Commerce’s last show of 2020. It’s a family affair on Thursday, Sept. 24, with the Genesee Depot siblings performing once again at Music in the Park. This young family band has been bringing country music back, combining the best of the old with the best of the new. They with modern class and create a blend of country music for people of all ages to enjoy.

 

Genesee Depot adds harmonies and their own style to the great country classics and the hits of today. The depth of vocal and instrumental talent among the three siblings adds variety to each performance by allowing them to switch out the lead roll and get creative with arrangements.

Sponsored by Leikness Funeral Home, Pine Grove Crematory, and the Wautoma Area Fire Department, the concert begins at 6 p.m. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are available, by  Little Sprouts Discovery Center. The Waushara Chamber will offer beer and wine.

Admission is free and WACC asks that you maintain social distancing and encourage you to wear your mask when social distancing is not an option.

There will be two parking spots reserved for guests who wish to listen from their vehicles.  In the event of inclement weather, the committee will make the decision by 3 p.m. to cancel the show as there is no rain location this year.
