Defendant had previously advised the Court that he was not eligible for SPD services and would be attempting to privately retaining counsel. The defendant has not yet been able to retain counsel. The Court will allow for additional time for the defendant to privately retain counsel. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Aug. 17.
