Jeremy Steven-Ray Hosken, New London, was in court on Oct. 7 on a count of Attempt Burglary-Dwelling/Boat w/ Person Present and two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. Court orders: S/W five years’ probation as to each count concurrent - Conditions: As to Count 1 only – four months WC Jail - Huber, No GT, 55 days CFTS, sentence to commence forthwith, the Court has no objection to the sentence being served in another jurisdiction. As to all counts - AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Appeal rights given.

Raymond James Marchel, Wautoma, was in court on Oct. 7 on five counts of Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Court orders: S/W five years’ probation – Conditions: $500 fine plus costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, 64 days WC Jal – 64 days CFTS – Time served sentence, the Court orders forfeiture and destruction of all seized firearms. Appeal rights given.

Eric Alan Morzfeld, Wisconsin Rapids, was in court on Oct. 7 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 6.

Maxwell L. Bennett, Sun Prairie, was in court on Oct. 7 on a count of Deliver Schedule I, II Narcotics, a count of Possess w/ Intent/Deliver Narcotics, three counts of Imitation of Controlled Substance, a count of Attempt Imitation of Controlled Substance, and a count of Possess of Narcotic Drugs. The Court orders all defense motions be filed by no later than Oct. 15 and State motions no later than Nov. 1. A finial pre-trial is scheduled for Nov. 6 and a jury trial is scheduled for Nov. 20.

Christian John Leiske, Oshkosh, was in court on Oct. 7 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Court orders: S/W 18 months’ probation - Conditions: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, Rest $104.94, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Five days CFTS in the event of revocation. Appeal rights given. 20TR889 - $225 forfeiture plus costs, $42.50 blood draw cost w/ 60 DTP or PP, eight months DL revocation, 12 months IID, OWI Assessment.

Erich N. McManis, Redgranite, was in court on Oct. 7 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Court orders $1000 Cash Bond. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. An initial appearance is scheduled for Oct. 21.

Steven Rashard Jordan, Boscobel, was in court on Oct. 8 on a count of Conspiracy to Commit Battery to a Prosecutor, a count of Solicitation to Commit Battery or Threat to a Prosecutor, and one count of Solicitation to Commit 1st-Degree Intentional Homicide. Court makes statement regarding status of trial in November and ability to hold a jury trial of this magnitude under current circumstances. Court adjourns trial for reason stated on record. A status conference is scheduled for Jan. 5, 2021.

Jeffrey Scott Borstad, Weyauwega, was in court on Oct. 9 on a count of OWI (4th). Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State and probable cause finding as to each count alleged within the complaint. An arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 3.

Mayan M. Turner-Jackson, Lampasas, TX, was in court on Oct. 9 on a count of Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g). Court orders: Two years’ probation - Conditions: 20 days WC Jail - Huber, No GT, No CFTS, sentence to commence by no later than 11/15/2020- AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, DNA Sample and Surcharge, Complete ID process with the Sheriff’s Department. Defendant advised of right to expunge DNA record through the Department of Justice. Appeal rights given.

Kaden Steele Saarinen-Barr, Wild Rose, was in court on Oct. 9 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Make Terrorist Threats.  Court orders: Three years’ probation - Conditions: As to 20CF98 only - 30 days WC Jail - Huber, No GT, No CFTS, sentence to commence by no later than 11/1/2020. As to both cases - AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Upon successful completion of probation term and with no rule violations, Defendant may petition the Court for expungement pursuant to s. 973.015. Appeal rights given. 20TR1036: $924.50 forfeiture w/ 60 DTP or PP, $42.50 blood draw cost w/ 60 DTP or PP, 8 months DL revocation, OWI Assessment.

Joas, Berlin, was in court on Oct. 9 on a count of Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer, a count of Resist Officer – Substantial Bodily Harm/Soft Tissue Injury, and a count of Possession of Electric Weapon. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State and probable cause as to each count alleged within the complaint. A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 9.

Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State and probable cause as to each count alleged within the complaint. A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 9.
