Travis Robert Lind, Berlin, was in court on August 3 on a count of Strangulation and Suffocation, one count of False Imprisonment, one count of Abuse-Intentionally cause harm, and one count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 8.

Krystal L. Schmidtke, Lodi, was in court on Aug. 3 on a count of Manuf/Deliver Amphetamine(>3-10g). A status conference is scheduled for August 28.

Brian James Reilly, Neenah, was in court on Aug. 3 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A preliminary hearing is scheduled on Sept. 4.

Steven J. Allen, Neshkoro, was in court on Aug. 4 on a count of Theft by Contractor>$2500-$5000. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 15.

David Earl Black, Plainfield, was in court on Aug. 4 on a count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 8.

Stephanie A. Jones, Clintonville, was in court on Aug. 4 on four counts of Deliver Amphetamine(<=3g). A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 28.

Thomas D. Manchester, Madison, was in court on August 4 on a count of Posses Ketamine and three counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Oct. 26.

Travis M. Hansen, Redgranite, was in court on Aug. 4 on one count of Battery – Domestic Abuse Repeater and one count of Disorderly Conduct – Domestic Abuse Repeater. Defense motions are due by Aug. 15 and State’s motions are due Sept. 1. Final PTC set for Sept.15.

Carl Scott Drmolka, Wild Rose, was in court on Aug. 4 on one count of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and one count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 18.

Maxwell L. Bennett, Wautoma, was in court on Aug. 4 on one count of Deliver Schedule I, II Narcotics, one count of Possess w/ Intent/Deliver Narcotics, three counts of Imitation of Controlled Substance, one count of Attempt Imitation of Controlled Substance, and one count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs. A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 28.

Christopher William Cousins, Livingston, was in court on Aug. 4 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 15.

Cathlene Mae Peterson, Wautoma, was in court on Aug. 4 on a count of Attempt to Flee/Elude Officer. Court finds probable cause and enters an order binding the defendant over. An arraignment is scheduled for Aug. 28.

Tristan P. Secor, Appleton, was in court on Aug. 4 on a count OWI (4th), a count of Operating w/ PAC (4th), one count of Possession of Cocaine/Coca(2nd+), a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), twelve counts of Bail Jumping-Felony, and three counts of Manuf/Deliver Amphetamine(>3-10g). The Court entertains waiver of the time limits for the preliminary hearing. The court accepts voluntary waiver of the time limits for the preliminary hearing. The Court reinstates the bonds previously forfeited. A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 15.

Alex M. Schroeder, Wautoma, was in court on Aug. 4 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars-except unless directly related to employment, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. No operation of any motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license for the manner of operation. Complete ID process with the Sheriff’s Department. A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 15.

 

Forrest Ahlbom Graham Edgren, Waupaca, was in court on Aug. 4 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 8.

Sholawna M. Gunter, Wautoma, was in court on Aug.t 4 on one count of Possess w/ Intent-Amphetamine, one count of Possess w/ Intent/Deliver Non-Narcotics, and one count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 29.
