10/12/2020: A one-vehicle accident occurred at 9:54 a.m. on STH 73 southbound in the town of Marion. Michael Pierce, 62, Princeton, approached the top of a hill when he encountered a traffic sign in the roadway in his lane of traffic. Pierce was unable to avoid the sign in the roadway and ran it over, causing fluid to leak from the undercarriage of his vehicle. The owner of the sign was the Waushara County Highway Department.
