Alley boundaries in question at Wild Rose Village Board meeting

Subhead

Developer Stan Soltis again approached the Wild Rose Village Board regarding the alley way adjoining his recently acquired property along Main and Mill Streets during a June 2 meeting.

Boundaries to the property are confusing according to some surveys, but it will be professionally looked at.

Resolution 2021-02 where it concerns the approval of the 2020 CMAR Report was approved by the board.

The renewal of the Sewer CD for 12 months at 3 percent was also approved.

The board approved having available village-owned real estate near the fire station surveyed and staked out, with Jeff Eggers listing a couple lots.

Ordinance 2021-03 was approved, as well as liquor license applications, and operators license applications.

A report on the Mill Restoration Committee brought the news that more than $25,000 in donations have been received. The painting of the building should take place this week.

The fire report stated that the department acquired a Hazmat Grant.

The mobile food pantry distribution at the fire station is concerned as more volunteers are needed to help out with the distribution on designated Saturdays.

The next regular board meeting will be at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 7.
