On May 12, Peace Lutheran Church, Wautoma, said goodbye and showed their appreciated to Intern Pastor Joel Suckow.

Tri-County High School students Kyle West, Maranda Bauer, Addison Schubert, Allison Noska, and Jessica Zywicki helped rake leaves and collect sticks during the Day of Caring on April 26.

 

American Legion members Wayne Lehmann, Wild Rose Post Commander, Kevin Miller, Wautoma Post Commander, and Jane Melby, Wautoma Post, sat together and chatted during an open house held at the Wild Rose Daniel Dopp Post 370 Legion Hall on May 11.

Mark Holt and his daughter Alexandra greeted Waushara Area Chamber of Commerce Business After Five attendees on May 9 at Holt’s Jewelry in Wautoma and initialed maps of participating downtown businesses.

 

On May 11, members of the Mt. Morris Pioneers 4-H Club were busy with their roadside clean-up along Highway 73, south of Silver Lake, Wautoma. Eighteen bags of trash were picked up by this group.

Zone Chairman Dave Przekurat presented Club President Paul Fisher with the Birch-Strum Award on May 7 at the Wild Rose Lions Club regular monthly meeting. This award is intended to recognize individuals who exemplify dedication and commitment to Lionism.
