Waushara County releases felonies and charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

Robert Viau, 47, Hancock, appeared in court on July 8 for a final pre-trial for the Repeated Sexual Assault. A motion hearing is scheduled for Aug. 17 and a jury trial is scheduled for Aug. 25-27.

Stuart Kramer, 29, Plain-field, appeared in court on July 10 for a bail/bond hearing for Disorderly Conduct. A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 24. 

Brandon Guenther Marek, 34, Wautoma, appeared in court on July 10 for a plea hearing for Fail/Comply-Officer/Person in Custody, Possession of THC (2nd + Offense), Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Batt-ery, and Disorderly Conduct. A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 7. 

Codi Alan Koloske, 32, Wautoma, appeared in court on July 10 for a sentencing hearing for 3rd Degree Sexual Assault and Exposure. He received for 3rd Degree Sexual Assault: 5 years and 5 months term of imprisonment, bifurcated, 17 months incar-ceration/4 years extended supervision, no credit for time served; Exposure: 41 months imprisonment concurrent with count 1, bifurcated, 17 months incarceration/2 years extended supervision, no credit for time served, extended supervision conditions: no contact with females under 18 years of age unless they are in the presence of a parent of guardian or unless authorized by supervising agent; must register as a sex offender for a period of 15 years following completion of sentence; DNA sample and surcharge; and court costs to include DNA surcharge.

James L. Olson, 48, Berlin, appeared in court on July 10 for a status conference for nine charges of Failure to Support Child. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Aug. 10.
