Waushara County lists felonies

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Casey L. Duket, 26, Wautoma, appeared in court on April 5 for a status conference for Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Possess Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer and Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference will be held on May 24.
• Kevin M. Birkhofer, 25, Redgranite, appeared in court on April 6 for a sentencing hearing for Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Possession of Schedule II Narcotic Drugs, Credit Card-Theft by Acquisition, misdemeanor, and Felon Possess Firearm, misdemeanor. He received for Possession of Schedule II Narcotic Drugs: 3 years, 6 months in Wisconsin State Prison to be served as 18 month incarceration and 2 years extended supervision, stayed 3 years probation, no credit for time served; conditions: 60 days in Waushara County Jail, no Huber privileges, good time credit, no credit for time served, AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, maintain employment, drug buy reimbursement, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, complete and graduate from Waushara County Treatment Alternatives and Diversion Program (TAD), DNA sample and surcharge; for Misdemeanor: Credit Card-Theft by Acquisition: 234 days in Waushara County Jail, with credit for 234 days served, costs reimposed, including restitution reduced to civil judgment in favor of the victims and payment plan commencing July 1; for Misdemeanor: Felon Possess Firearm: 1 year in Waushara County Jail 386 days credit for time served, costs reimposed to be paid within 60 days or payment plan with payment plan commencing July 1.
• Jeffery S. Holman, 58, Wautoma, appeared in court on April 6 for an initial appearance for Fail/Report to County Jail (10 Days +). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 8.
• Daniel Lee Murphy, 35, New Lisbon, appeared in court on April 6 for an initial appearance for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), Possession of Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce and Store Methamphetamine and two counts Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for May 16.
• Andrew R. Holcombe, 29, Oshkosh, appeared in court on April 6 for an initial appearance for Possession of Methamphetamine. A status conference is scheduled for May 16.
• Vue Songsee Thao, 32, Sacramento, CA, appeared in court on April 6 for an initial appearance for Possession with Intent-Amphetamine (>50g). A status conference is scheduled for May 16.
• Sarah A. Woodworth, 20, Schaumburg, IL, appeared in court on April 6 for an initial appearance for Possession of Narcotic Drugs, two counts Possession/Illegally Obtained Prescription and Possession of THC. A plea hearing is scheduled for May 8.
• Bradly S. Rosenthal, 34,Wisconsin Rapids, appeared in court on April 6 for an initial appearance for Possession of Methamphetamine, Pos-session of THC (2nd + Offense), Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony, Possess Drug Paraphernalia and Carry Concealed Weapon. A status conference is scheduled for May 30.
• Cody Ray Rehwinkel, 33, Plainfield, appeared in court on April 6 for a plea/sentencing hearing for two counts Fail/Report to County Jail (<10 Days) and OWI (2nd), misdemeanor. He received for OWI (2nd): 41 days in Waushara County Jail, 31 days time served credit equates to a time served, court costs reimposed with 60 days to pay; for two counts Fail/Report to County Jail: sentence withheld 2 years probation; conditions: AODA and any follow though, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician and court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan.
• Gonzalo Chavezmariscal, 21, Stockton, CA, appeared in court on April 6 for an initial appearance for Possession with Intent-Amphetamine (>50g). An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for April 25.
• Thomas T. Paez, 31, Berlin, appeared in court on April 6 for an initial appearance for OWI (4th), Battery and Criminal Damage to Property. A status conference is scheduled for May 16.
• Pedro Hernandez, 23, Poy Sippi, appeared in court on April 6 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Fail/Report to County Jail (< 10Days). He received 45 days in Waushara County Jail with 3 days credit for time served and good time credit, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan and DNA surcharge.
• Jason John Paschel, 39, Wisconsin Rapids, appeared in court on April 7 for a sentencing hearing for Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (<3g), Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (>3-10g), OWI (4th) and Operate with Restricted Controlled Substance (4th). He received for Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (<3g) and Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (>3-10g): 7 years in Wisconsin State Prison to be served as 3 year Initial Confinement and 4 year Extended Supervision, concurrent to each other and concurrent to Wood County case, 2 days credit time served; conditions: AODA and follow through, absolute sobriety, not to be on the premises of any bars, not to possess/ingest any impairing substance unless prescribed by a treating physician, court costs to include $1,400 drug buy reimbursement money to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, DNA sample and surcharge; for OWI (4th): 150 days in Waushara County Jail, concurrent to Count 1 and 2 and concurrent to Wood County case, $2,500 fine to be paid, 35 month driver’s license revocation, 35 month ignition interlock device, OWI Assessment and DNA sample and surcharge.
• Levi Benjamin Hansen, 20, Poy Sippi, appeared in court on April 7 for a hearing for Deliver Schedule I, II Narcotics. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 24.
